Medical Malpractice Defense Associate Attorney

Las Vegas, Nevada

Ferrainolo Allen is expanding its national healthcare and medical malpractice defense practice and is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Las Vegas office.

This is an opportunity to help build a growing Nevada practice backed by an established litigation team and a collaborative culture.

We are looking for attorneys who want meaningful litigation experience, direct client contact, courtroom exposure, and the ability to take ownership of their cases.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Defend hospitals, physicians, and healthcare providers in medical malpractice and healthcare litigation matters.
Manage cases from inception through resolution.
Conduct depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation.
Work directly with clients, experts, and firm leadership.
Develop litigation strategy and case evaluations.

Qualifications

Nevada Bar admission required.
2+ years of litigation experience preferred.
Medical malpractice, professional liability, healthcare, insurance defense, or complex litigation experience is a plus.
Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
Ability to manage matters independently while working as part of a team.
